Thoughts on Xerith?

I've been seeing a good amount of Xeriths recently and in almost every game, he dominates. His range is insane and he does a shit ton of ap damage. I could see Xerith being a good AP champ in ranked soon.

Ranged and overpowered. Fighting him is a fun challenge. Whenever I fight him, I keep my champ constantly moving. The main attack people seem to use the most is aimed in a straight-line. I just move from left to right to avoid his attacks.

xerath is easy to dominate mid lane. I have AP runes for my ez and i just stomp xerath. Arcane shift, Flux, Missile thingy, auto, auto, missile, flux done. Everytime ive gone up against him mid ive shut down his game completely.
